Problem with displaying headers if the site is in two languages

Good morning. I decided to look at twill 3 version. I use two languages (ru-main, en-I want to add in the future, while I decided to leave the fields empty). I ran into a problem that when creating a record, if you fill in the title field in both languages, then the title is displayed correctly. If you fill in only one language, then the title is not displayed. Although it is in the database, and when I request it from the database, I get it. 3.0.0-rc3
