What library to use
I've been using Play-DL for a while but it keeps breaking pretty regularly. Is there a better one to use?

play-dl support server directly
I'm not asking for a fix, I'm asking for a better library to use

play-dl is against the tos
every service that play-dl supports has their own api, I don't think they would make an api for developers if someone is just going to make a downloader that doesn't require and api key

alright then, I'm pretty sure you have to set YouTube cookies but otherwise it depends on what service you use like you said
