Xbox One Browser Overlay
Ok so how do I upload pictures to my xbox one to fit in my overlay and is there a way to put a chat overlay on my TV when I stream so I don't have to use my phone cause I don't own a computer and I rather look at chat and the game instead of looking down constantly

No there's no way to put a chat on your xbox that would have to be done by twitch, and as for your overlay you don't add the images to your xbox you add them in the overlay builder on the overlay expert website, https://overlay.expert and sign in with your twitch
