when you buy the membership for rsm it shows a feature in the chat when you type /rainbowneon, under that it states "improve your skill and aim by using rainbow neons /s. Thats aim assist, this means anyone with a rainbow name is using it (not solid colors "allegedly").

"/s" means sarcasm. It's just a joke, same tier as saying someone is good because they have an RGB gaming chair
