Q: are you able to wear ugc helmets without owning the armor bundle ingame?
A: yes, should be able to unless game is bugged

Q: how does "spend #/1000" work since they dont line up?
A: we dont know yet
Q: what happens to already owned ugc items before the update, will they count to #/1000?
A they wont apply as of now, basically you're screwed :D
Q: do you have to spend robux on ugc specifically for the #/1000 to go up or can you buy anything from ingame purchases/gamepasses?
A: you can only buy ugc items INGAME for it to go up
Q: is it 1 custom chat and head tag or is it like a title role?
A: no clue
Q: does it tell you the daily spin/case luck percentages?
A: no, not yet
