Ok, so it appear that u can't connect because of ur FiveM nickname
Just follow the instruction in the pic to fix ur name and It will probably be good

HOW TO SPAWN A CAR?
Press M- Vehicle Relate Option- Spawn Vehicle- then u can either choose add-on vehicle or regular GTAV vehicle
