~~Hmmm... Pages doesn't actually add that header. That would be Nuxt. I don't think it's possible to clear that manually, but I'm checking.~~ EDIT: so Pages does add that header when an asset is removed so that any clients still using that asset (example, clients on an old build of the site who haven't refreshed) don't break.
