What laptop do you use for CPPCPA?
I’m buying a new windows laptop, I have a MacBook now, it’ll be helpful to know what you guys recommend for the program and the specs.

Anything with 16+ gigs of RAM is gonna be enough. What brand/model you use is preference. Some people use ThinkPads, but I don't like their Ctrl key placement. I use a Zephyrus G14.
You are gonna be typing a lot so laptops with good keyboard should be a priority.
I don’t have any preference, as I never owned a windows laptop.
But after some research I was thinking of Lenovo e14 gen 2

Both of those are fine specs wise as you will never create any computationally expensive software in this program. However @xtension7 if you have a Mac, most of the labs and assignments assume you will be using a Windows machine, so you will need your own workarounds for things to work sometimes.

Yes, the ones I know all had to use a Windows laptop at some point because they couldn't get something to work on Mac.
I just finished my first sem I have an m2 macbook air, worked perfectly fine for me
