not much of a ui expert, but i dont reeally like it, feels like too much, i like the spirit of it tho, could be cool to add the tilt on hover with an ease in/out animation 😄

looks fine to me, a bit odd cause its not common, but I think it can work, especially if you use the tilt on other elements in the design as well to make it a sort of a design motif
Header does look a bit stern. It can work in some playful designs but not this.
