How to open a blank window without using pointers
someone told me that a mistake in pointers can destroy my entire system

A blank window? Do you mean using Windows APIs or through standard C# designs? If so, you can try making a WPF Project in Visual Studio or WinForms

I want like to have a game
C# edition and java edition
idk about the java part but you can check out Unity for C#

Though if you wanna make a game from scratch then its a bit harder
im pro at java
I might just cancel C# edition for now
and come back later
You can check out MonoGame if you want. It's a framework for making games with C# which handles rendering, input, and audio for you, but you have to do pretty much everything else yourself.
