❔ How Is This Done?

The Gorilla Tag Mod template gets all reference dlls, copies the built dll to the plugins folder and has some scripts included. I find my self repeating some tasks when trying to setup a new MelonMod. Cant find a template so figured i'd give it a shot and was wondering how this is done.
