The vp shop was not loading so first i went to offical vp shop website coda one and bought from it and but my money was deputed and did not get points

Thats also happened to me, ordered from the valorant ingame shop, money withdrawn from the bank but no vp added / no confirmation on riots website
could be a server issue or something
have you tried contacting valorant? this could be pretty serious if you are loosing money from this and potentially law suitable this is something to be talked up to with valorant themselves
