Hey there @Reviem, Can you tell me how and from where exactly do you find these from?
I generated all of them using AI
Using what tool?
Stable diffusion
Does it generate when you type something in or do you have to insert another similar artwork?
From what I found you enter a prompt (text) and then negative prompt (also text) to guide what it creates
It works just by typing something in. No input images was given to the AI
As @Ash said
It is possible to do it through an input image through img2img but only text2img was used for these outputs
Could you give me an example of what you typed to get an almost accurate image of an in-game character?
If that’s what you’re looking for, then of course you would have to train the AI to learn what the character looks like.
This would require several reference images
When you said similar artwork earlier I thought you meant it as in the style
This also depends on what AI you are using and what model you are using
:KilljoyThink:
Honestly looks like it took multiple artists’ styles and merged them
Especially Sova cuz its so stylized
Bro can you stop posting AI shit here, I scroll through this to interact with the talented and upcoming artists of this community and it's so annoying to see you every 3 posts posting flat, untalented, 0 effort shit, taking away from people who are making actually good art
Unlike you, other people seem to like them a lot and I like doing them so I see no reason to stop
If my art is "flat, untalented, 0 effort shit", I don't see how it could take away from any artist
well art/generation if that also triggers you
it triggers me because its impossible to scroll through this channel without seeing these
im literally just trying to scroll and its nothing but OF girls and AI searched images
and its not "your" art, you legally cannot copyright it
Not without substantial evidence of human input
So yes it is MY art
because i generated it
Also by that logic, no one owns their own art until they pay to get it legally copyrighted
And I don't think anyone is spending at least $20 for every artwork they create
what can't be copyrighted is if the prompt is something along the lines of
'cat by van gogh'
but if you prove you experiment with prompts, produce several images and fine-tune images
you can totally copyright AI art and own it
You legally cannot copyright works not produced directly by a human according to US copyright law
No. In general, registration is voluntary. Copyright exists from the moment the work is created. You will have to register, however, if you wish to bring a lawsuit for infringement of a U.S. work.
also substantial human input means using AI alongside drawing applications, like if i were to draw my art and use AI to help enhance or draw parts of it
You can in the UK, which is where I am currently living so
it still is my art
The UK has been copyrighting Computer Generated Works since the 1980s
hows your dental
pretty good, Dental in my part of the country is really good actually
I still get dental done in italy tho
bro's teeth are so bad he needs to see specialists
bro needs a crowbar to straighten his teeth
Bro needs to sell his kidneys to get a bandaid
I lack the incompetence it takes to need a bandaid, unlike certain individuals
Bandaids legitimately stop bleeding an prevent infection, I should probably ping emergency because this is getting out of hand
Regardless, it's funny how you immediately go to baseless insults in n argument
always cracks me up
i dont need a bandaid ever
this is the most r/iam14andthisisdeep shit iv ever read
when logic fails to appeal, its fun to bully children
Besides according to the laws where @Reviem lives it is legally their art so go someplace else to be annoying
How the fuck is that supposed to be deep
doens't have to be, just matches the energy
did someboidy poiss in your bland flakes
you got a loiscense for that mate
@Reviem please stop responding they literally admitted they were a child and they’re just looking for attention
where mate?
fair point.
Yes
