Im not sure if it is rgb or smth else but like this: 1521273. What format is this and how to generate it :) ?

it is just a number
but it would be equivalent to
0x173679 (hexadecimal)
which could be interpreted as an RGB colour code
depending on the context
with R=17, G=36, B=79
mh how do i use these?
what specifically?
i want to create an orange color, for example rgb 247, 119, 27 so is that then 24711927?
