Next.js or SvelteKit
So my current Stack is Next.js, tRPC, Mantine and EdgeDB. I like Next and I really like Mantine. The thing is I would like to switch to SvelteKit and I would then use Tailwind to build my own Design system however it would probably be heavily inspired by Mantine. So any recommendations on what I should do?

next and sveltekit are both good, why do you want to switch?
and about creating a design system, sure. you get more but you also have to put in more

I just prefer how SvelteKit does things
Yup that's my issue I would have more freedom but it would also take some work
i guess my recommendation would be use this stack on a greenfield project and see how it goes?
idk there's not much to recommend, everything you're choosing between is reasonable

yea no I mean in that specific project
dont switch your framework for an existing project unless you have a very good reason ("sveltekit is a bit nicer" isnt a good reason)
i mean if you really want to then sure
its not a good tradeoff in terms of amount of work vs benefit
I just started the project a few weeks ago so that wouldn't be an issue
it's more the design system thing that is holding me back
