I have an overlay someone else made for me and I can’t figure out how to use it.

Unless it's on the market place you can't use others overlays, sharing overlays is on the todo list
And there is no way to do it for a free price through market place is there
Atm no, it would have to be approved by the owner first to make sure there's no copy right and stuff wrong with it
Best option would be to have them send you the assets and talk you through setting it up for your channel
