❔ Log out and in without password

I made an app in c# to change the font that windows uses but I've run into 2 small problems. First one that I don't really need help with but just mentioning is symbols missing, as provided in the first 2 pictures you can see that some icons/signs are replaced by rectangles(Tried multiple fonts including Cascadia Mono and Code which both have symbols in them). The second one is that you are required to restart the computer in order for changes to take place. I was wondering if it was possible to avoid this since I've used fedora linux and it seamlessly changes fonts and I also found an app that allows you to use some pretty customizeable windows themes and some of them include custom fonts. All they do is sign you out and in? or something similar because there is a Loading screen when changing themes but no login is required. I was wondering if it was possible to achieve a similar result through c# code since restarting a computer every time you want to test a font sucks. I discovered that just logging out and back in works as well but that would require a user to enter the password each time and I'd like to avoid that if possible Thanks in advance!
