Unable to buy stuff
I try to load up the menu where you buy the points (I forget the name at the time of post). Is there any fix for this? It displays a black screen when trying to buy credits.

its a infinite loading screen, right?
with a small circle in the middle
on the bottom right of the monitor click the ^ arrow, > right click on avast > avast shield control > disable them for 10 minutes or more of your choice
remember to close valorant before that
later you can just turn it on and everything should run just fine
for anyone who is unable to load the VP / skin purchase page, can you please try alt-tabbing out of the game when you get to the screen that won't load, then back in, and see if that forces the screen to load? we are trying to check a theory. lmk if it works or doesn't work please.
