what are the main differences between v13,14? looking into using v14 but I just wanna know what's new? what's different. thanks for your thoughts!

Okay cool, can you elaborate things that have already been added to v14 or are going to be added to v14 that differ from v13?
i saw somthing about select menus on v14 that arent in v13? i cant seem to find any info on that but i do remember seeing it mentioned somewhere
