Professor Recommendations for JAC444, BCI433, and SYD366?
Hello,
I'll be taking the Winter 2023 term, can anyone please help me which professors are good to take?
Or maybe if there aren't any, which professors should be avoided 😁 ? Thank you.

Take the part-time BCI if you can. That course is a trash and I don't know why Seneca is still making it a mandatory.

yea bci is horrible, i recommend part-time aswell
both russel and lydia are really bad
jac i had reza, chill guy, easy marks but when i took him he didnt have live lectures
i had cindy laurin for syd366 and she was decent
but she was horrible in syd466
Yeah, Cindy is a good choice for syd366
Reza khojasteh is good too for jac I've heard
yeah sadly those are the only 2 options for me

JAC go for Reza, BCI take anyone but Russell l, avoid him like the plague. SYD? I went with Mehrnaz but it’s up to u in the end
My personal experiences:
JAC444 - Full-time with Moona Kanwal. She was fine, got an A+, but lab requirements were somewhat ambiguous so there was occasional stress because of that.
BCI433 - Part-time studies (HIGHLY recommend you do the same) with Marly Campbell. Real easy course, final mark was like 99%. Marly is a great prof.
SYD366 - Full-time with Tevin Apenteng. Got an A+ easily. He's a super easy marker as long as you do the work well, but it was a really boring class and the stuff you learn is absolute nonsense once you get into the real world.
