Cant buy ultimate supporter, tried relogging cfx, discord, etc. nothings working, any tips or info ?

tells me "declined payment" ive tried 2 different credit cards so im not sure if the problem is on my side, may be the servers atm
had a mod tell me to try again tomorrow was just posting on here wondering if theres maybe anything i missed
I'm pretty sure paypal works no?
