❔ Can I have 2 Azure web apps?

https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/app-service/windows/#pricing I'm looking at "Shared Environment for dev/test" at $0.013/hour --- it says 100 web apps, does that mean I can create 2?
