Hi, I would like to apologize for my actions and to those who I have affected I would like to appeal for my 52 years and 10 month ban please thanks

But over there it says don't make a ticket that is solvable
Make a ticket anyways, seems like a 52 year ban is too much for being player disturbance
yep, it's a bug with the community ban card that's displayed - it will be fixed shortly
