Permissions overwrite for channels
Hi, I'm trying to add perms to a channel when I create it. It doesn't seem like the permission is being changed though, is this the wrong format?

Sign In & Join Server To View
No error, just doesn't show up in the channels perms.
ID is a user ID, I know it's a valid ID as inputting a non-valid ID returns an error
