Get server link from a guild_id

From the link above, I can get guild id of a game base verifyed/Partenered server.
Is there a way or a short link I can use to join those servers.
example:

If you know a workaround, please advise.

no valid link can be created from a guildId
I'm trying to generate a list of link of the public servers that I can query on. If you have any suggestion that come in your mind please share.
I'm actually searching from the guild-discovery side right now.
