The next nightmarket is suggested to happen sometime early December, however you could expect something the last days of November.

black friday in 2 days i expected it to have a nightmarket
it would be cool if they did that, but considering the next nightmarket is so close around I don't think they will
this is not a confirmed thing btw, just whats most likely to happen.
