My Valorant can't open

Hi! I have a problem. When i want to play Valorant something goes wrong and i can't play. I double-click Valorant icon and nothing happens, also in Launcher. You can see this problem below in video. I tried everything what i found on youtube. Changed resolution, open like Administrator, changed vgc file. I also reinstalled valorant and still nothing. What can I do?
