can anybody help me my friend got hacked
my friend was randomly playing and she lend a friend the acc bc her friends acc got a penalty and now the friend has change the pass and the detail she spent alot of money on that acc her acc that got hacked is cane#jayyy

She can open a ticket with Riot support but it's unlikely they'll do anything because iirc any form of account sharing/sharing account credentials is a violation of Riot's TOS for reasons like this

I shared my account to the one i trust which is my best friend ive known for a year nd irl. And she never gave anything details abt my account but her friend found it out somehow.
technically her friend who hacked her went and change all the details and then her friend unfriended me from my friends acc

maybe u can try to recover the email by pressing forget email and password
It's sill a violation of Riot's TOS regardless
And because acc sharing was involved it's highly unlikely they'll be able to do anything about it

No matter how much you think you can trust someone you still shouldn't give off your account credentials
Let's say you guys get in an argument and they want to get back at you. They have ammunition to mess with you. This is just an example, not necessarily the case.
Because you decided to share your account credentials you put it at risk and caused it to get a penalty. Riot won't undo that penalty because that's on you for sharing your credentials
Your account is your responsibility
I recommend logging out of all devices, changing your information, enabling 2FA and never sharing that information with anyone
It should be up to you to keep your credentials safe, not others because they shouldn't have it in the first place
If your account information got changed because you gave it away, you can contact Riots support for account recovery and they can assist you there, but they cannot undo any penalties

you guys should add something called email recovery basically it shows u the email of the acc
but it just sends it to your self

i think that will be a good feature to riot games in case anybody got hacked on further more

If you don't know the email attached to your VALORANT account, and it sends your email to your email..?
If you don't know the email for the valorant account idk how you'd be able to access it via email either

probably best to create a ticket, i got my account hacked and, i created a ticket, it will just ask you for information you put in when you created the account, old passwords first skins you brought etc, should take about 2/3 days for them to see if everything matches, if that doesn't work your probably lost the account.
