High end PC with 60-120fps at max and crazy frame drops.

I have RTX 3070, Ryzen 5 5600X and have 60-120fps at any settings doesnt matter if i put the settings to max or the lowest, average fps still doesnt change. Also i have insane frame drops in game i may go to near 0 for second or two which makes the game unplayable. Ive tried ton of fixes Valorant support told me but none help at all. Other games Apex, CS, LOL and etc work well with no issues tho. Anyone had similar issues if so can you tell me how you got it fixed.

I had drops when moving, staring doesn't have an issue really. Somehow on my 3700X running a cpu-z stress test on some of the cores fixes it. Try switching to the AMD Ryzen power plan or a different power plan.

Just figured it out actually, the Windows default power plans are trash. AMD makes custom ones.

Yes, runs properly now I don't know why it fails on the other plans, the usage was never spiking a core above like 40% That's my idea for the potential issue of OP now, different power plan.
