So apparently you can make a google account, and make a riot account under the same email but different account. Is this supposed to be happen because some people say "one email, one account"

Whats not allowed tho is boosting other people on your alt
but the google account and riot account is under the same email, i know u can create alts
yes, its intended, if people want to play unrated with lower ranked friends they can reset their mmr like that
So If I understand u correctly a google account and a riot account with the same email but two different accounts in val is intended. But why u can't do the same thing with a google account and a Facebook account.?

The way Riot does it when you sign in through google it serves as a linked account, but not a directly linked email on your Riot ID, but it knows that you have a method of logging in. When you do your email through the Riot login that is the email associated to the account and is directly linked. Facebook uses your Google account and requires certain permissions. For Riot it doesnt ask for any permissions Im sure but for Facebook it does.
