Uninstall and reinstall valorant
that should reinstall vanguard as well

Type services.msc
Find 'vgc' service and double click or right click to go to properties. Now set the startup type to 'Automatic'. Then in the same tab there will be a 'Start' button. Click it unless it's already running.
Do the same thing with the 'virtual disk' service.

Bro omfg I had the same problem but I was in the middle of a comp game I had to restart my computer and then open Valorant again. I left for like 5 or 6 rounds but I got a 14 day ban I made a ticket on the Valorant support page explaining this issue and hopefully they lift my comp ban and fix this
