Riot Gun Buddy to friend instead of me
Hi there, I hope you are doing well c:. So my friends birthday is coming up and I wanted to ask if a riot dev decided to give me a riot gun buddy is it possible for them to give it to my friend instead? It would make them really happy so if I’m just asking theoretically if I was offered a gun buddy is a riot dev allowed to give it to someone else instead of me? Please let me know.

Riot gun buddies are intended to commemorate positive one-on-one interactions Rioters have with players, whether in game or out of game. Each Rioter has a fixed number of gun buddies they can give out to players, asking for a gun buddy in chat is disruptive and will not result in being given a gun buddy.

whether its for you or your friend, the devs give out buddies based on positive player interactions. if a dev offered you one and you asked to have it sent to your friend instead, that is a different story.
but that would be based on the individual dev then
