i got penalty even thought it's not my fault

I got a penalty for being afk even though I was stuck at the loading screen than i reset my Valo now my mouse doesn't work so i reset my Valo by doing that it says I'm gonna lose RR and get penalty even though I can't play without a mouse because my track pad is very broken
