Valorant can't launch.

Does anyone know why i cant open Valorant? when i press "Play" the button gets greyed out but nothing happens, except i can see "BootstrapPackagedGame" in task manager, but i cant close it. I have tried running Valorant in compatibility mode, reinstalling everything riot related on my pc, giving it administrator perms, running in full screen optimization, creating a new account , even reinstalled my pc and nothing helped.
