Game keep Crashing

My friend wanted to play valorant, but whenever he opened val, it loaded to the killjoy screen and then it crashed his PC, he told me it might be the swedish text that val cannot load, but he doesnt have swedish text there, idk what to do bc not even restarting PC work.

same for 2 weeks. i cant fix either i tried everything.

He even uninstalled it and installed back, when it was downsloading it stayed on 0% I rlly want help cuz he wants to continue playing the game
