Valorant not launching after installing a small Riot launcher update.

The Play button is greyed out or the application shows "Windows cannot access the specified device." It's installed in default C, I didn't touch the installation directory. I never had any problem with the game until today. This is the first time this happened to me. I honestly have tried every troubleshooting method I know of and have seen on Google and YouTube. This happened after installing a small update from Riot today from task manager end task to restarting PC, to reinstalling, but the problem still persists. When I launched the game, either it shows the error message or it doesn't do anything after I launch. Also, after this all happened. It literally made a BSOD and restarted my PC. When I logged into my Windows account, literally everything was gone. All my files and apps are gone, like my PC turned brand new! I don't know what happened 😭 Any help is greatly appreciated.
