Unable to play Valorant bc game is not starting after the update

After the update I got the 0.1kb/s problem, then I fully reinstalled valorant (Vaguard, Valorant and riot client), but then the game just doesnt want to start. When I click the icon its just not starting and at the same time this is how it looks like in the client?

Valorant not launching2 hours before this issue, my game was running fine. I put my pc to sleep and when I came back, it s[bug] i see myself in the friends tab(both have the same id)
