Try installing it into some other directory or any external / secondary diskdrive if you have
I did, and it did infact say installing, but still. It's still says 0.1KB on top which is incredibly confusing

try not to alt-tab. this seemed to help. try reconnecting to wifi as well

Lol, same here, I haven't played valorant for 2 weeks cause of it. Try reinstalling it. If it doesn't work, check your pc storage. Otherwise, if nothing works, idk what will.
