how to play against crouch sprayers

been getting a lotta crouchers in my games lately and they just ruin my crosshair placement, any ways to play against these guys?

Poppin swing is good against crouch sprayers but very situational Just counter strafe

they're easy to pick off just u end up taking like 120 dmg
