RR given after match is different than what was added to my rank progress
I just finished playing a competitive game and was rewarded 21 rr. To my surprise, only 15 was actually given to me. I took a picture of my rank progress right before i played the next game to show my friend i was on my rank up game, I was at 80/100. So why is it that I'm now at 95/100 and not 1/100 in the next rank?
