Game doesn't want to download

I wanted to update Valorant, but at the end when It reached 100% directly dropped to 0% 0.1KB/s. I tried uninstalling and installing the game, restarting my pc, but nothing helped. Has anyone encountered this problem and managed to fix it.

im pretty sure that's normal, it's just that the game isn't downloading anything. it's moving files or something open task manager and check your disk usage if you have that problem if it's not being used at all then it's a bug, otherwise it's normal and you just have to wait

Finally I have discovered a solution to this problem first make sure to : - turn off fast boot from bios settings
- try to reinstall valorant and riot client 
-go to services search to vgc change it to automatic and 
click stop
then run the game and it must work for you
Note if you didn't find vgc in services i think you cant play valorant

Or just go to %appdata% local app data, riot games, delete riot client folder and open riot client Works for me
