Valorant not launching. Game doesn't pop up, Task Manager shows VALORANT.exe using only 10-25MB RAM

I could open and play the game just fine until today. There is a Windows error pop up notif sound, but nothing shows up the screen. When I checked Task Manager it shows VALORANT.exe using only 23.1MB, I checked it and as soon as it popped up in the Task Manager the Memory usage dropped from Normal 245MB-ish to 20-30MB, and says Not-responding even before the game even appears on screen. Yes, I just finished Uninstalling and Reinstalling the game.
