What is the vlorant punishment system? I afked 2 unrated matches and got banned from comp for 2 weeks :/

There isn't any exact punishment system for these penalties. It's based on how many times you went AFK in games. This might increase especially if your teammates are struggling and report you many times for being AFK.
How do i reset it?
How many games till timer goes to 0?
I wask afk for a single round because my wifi went out and I got a 2 week ban all because before hand I alt f4ed out of a spike rush game on the loading screen after the game ended and it counted that as afk, valorants punishment system punishes too easily can't be helped
if you were banned for 2 weeks for afking for 1 round, it sounds like you've AFKd in the past in previous games too, not just one other
I've AFK'd multiple times though (unrated only, 1-2 rounds at most) and never got comp banned myself
Riot has something called AFK forgiveness. Essentially, over time, your AFK timer will go down. However for it to go down you cannot go AFK or disconnect. I don't know the time as they never officially verbalized it (which is understandable or people would abuse it), but to have it reset you just have to stop AFKing.

Also it's ironic because I didn't even afk in comp once it was 1 round of unrated and I got a comp ban like what

It really doesn't matter β just don't queue if you can't play, otherwise you can be penalized.
so the 2 week ban wud reduce excluding the time gone cuz of time passing by

I have 16 ping usually but sometimes my wifi every couple days might go out for a couple seconds and im out for like 1 minute of a match and it penalizes, not something i can help and its legit only one minute but still penalized
Do not afk is ignorant advice, some people cant help it
since Vanguard is so invasive in pc's already there should be a system created to understand when it's a system crash/internet crash or a disconnect on purpose

I missed that part at first but then tried to edit my message after I realized I saw it, cause it does sound like there were some previous games (from previous days) you may have AFK'd to get a 2 week ban, cause a 1 week ban hits before a 2 week.

Probably a perma/100 day ban
but that would have to be after continued toxicity over and over and over
I have no idea if there is toxicity forgiveness as there is afk forgiveness

Ive made that mistake a couple of times, even though technically im afk for 3 seconds. It still punishes.
it's mainly a matter if you fully disconnect for (at least) a round or not
it takes you out of the round even if its 3 seconds if its in prep or at least it has for me
