so recently, i just got VAN 152, been search for that thing and it say it was a HWID ban, i just want to ask about the ban, how can i know if the ban was only for 4 months or its a permanent ban?

They ban the ip so you can’t just use the same computer with another account
Update : just got the answer from the support, he said that yeah i cant play with my main computer for 120 days, and theres nothing i cant do about 
i hope its just a HWID ban
