reinstall windows
if you have important files, be careful whilst backing them up
cuz they might contain the virus aswell.
as for online game files
you can reinstall them
search up a tutorial to completely wipe an internal drive
get windows installation media on a flashdrive and get it reinstalled
ik where the virus is im gonna chape it with avg
if you have a genuine windows license, which i am assuming you do, there should be no problem
