Cannot start Plasmo

I have a project in which I can run plasmo But, on another, it just gives me the error

plasmo: The term 'plasmo' is not recognized as a name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or executable program.

To solve it (without luck) I tried:

rm -r -fo node_modules
pnpm i
pnpm up plasmo --latest

rm -r -fo node_modules
pnpm i
pnpm up plasmo --latest

Try linking plasmo as a global dependency instead

Strangely enough the issue was somehow solved, or at least it seems so
