So im supposedly unhardware banned today and ive tried to text support if i can just log in right now or is there a certain time today that i will be unbanned could someone let me know something

Well say for instance if i was banned 4 months ago at 2am in the morning would my ban expire at 2am or does it expire at 12am that day
