Get better fps

so I play valorant on my pc (pretty bad pc as you can see on the pic) and I always have a fps cap of 40. I never go higher and was wondering if it was possible to get more fps (if possible according to my pc specs). I tried many ty videos but didn't work at all

lower resolution and all graphic settings in valorant. Allow your pc to use more power to run which increases more fps. Increase the no. of cpu the pc can is able to use
