Permanent Ban while Valorant Uninstalled
I uninstalled valo a few months back, today I logged in and found out that I have been permanently banned. Can a dev help with this issue?
I am a normal person who plays for fun rather than for winning so I don't see any point in using any cheats.
I had even bought a skin, I don't know about others but for me the value of that money I spent was a lot and now its gone 😦

yes submitted a ticket an hour ago, though I can't see anything under "My Tickets"
Did you try refreshing the page? If so, check your email for a confirmation that the ticket was sent.

Did you login to tickets using your valorant account?
it says this but I don't know where Vietnam came from I don't live there
