i really need help. I am permanently unable to play the game despite reinstalling everything over an

i cant launch the game anymore. Despite reinstalling it and the whole client the game refuse to launch. Because it "couldnt install a required dependency". Now its just stuck on the update button which when i press it does nothing except go to download and revert back to update. Support isnt being helpful at all rn on the website. Please help i dont want to have spent money on a game i cant even play anymore
